Refunds

Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees and Costs for services are non-refundable. The Association has a no refund policy. This applies to all subscriptions monthly or annual and any consulting services, which have been delivered or part delivered by Company staff. We also do not refund any amounts paid to the membership or any consulting services requested and or provided. Please do not use the Website

hereafter known as the Association at any time if you do not agree with our refund policy. Further use of or access to the Website in any way confirms your acceptance of our refund policy. A signed “Terms and Conditions” agreement is also acknowledgment and acceptance of the NO REFUND policy. Entering or granted access to ZTM Enterprises or any subsidiaries constitutes acceptance and waiver of a refund policy, and the user agrees without recourse to the terms and conditions set herein.
